Nathan Braun is an aspiring young photographer based out of his home studio located in south Minneapolis.

He is an alum of Lewis & Clark College where he spent his undergraduate years studying the landscape of photography and the human condition. Graduating in 2012 with degrees in the Fine Arts and Psychology his life has since taken many twists and turns. As a post graduate Nathan moved to Australia for a year where he lived in a van traveling the countryside photographing the landscape and the people of a sunburnt continent.

In his time post Australia, Nathan travelled extensively across the entirety of South East Asia from Vietnam to Myanmar before continuing on to India, the country that would eventually capture his heart. Though his nomadic lifestyle brought him a great many beautiful vistas it also shed light onto life's great many hardships.

This shift of perspective has since drawn him closer to a life spent in pursuit of capturing the intimate moments of the human experience.

Today, Nathan carries a camera with him nearly everywhere he goes, constantly on the lookout for his next decisive moment. With the knowledge that everything is photographable he spends the majority of his time off parsing through the countless photographs that he has taken, weeding through the good, the bad and the ugly hoping to bring just a little more good into the world.
